School, TU Crete) gives an enlightening overview of engaging a wide range of stakeholders across the city of Rethymno, Crete, to improve the sustainability impacts of mobility. He explains the policy based, complimentary mobility solutions and practical action of the H2020 CIVITAS destinations project and how diverse people engaged in those actions and learned about enhancing sustainability in mobility.
This programme has shown to improve living quality for permanent residents, increase the image of the city and improve the experience of visitors.

Один из самых известных супермарафонцев мира — является единственным человеком, пробежавшим все величайшие пустыни мира.
В 1990-1995 годах установил восемь мировых рекордов, семь из которых занесены в Книгу Рекорда Гиннеса.
Разработал собственную методику тренировок к марафонам и в 1990-1991 годах пробежал 226 классических марафонов по 42 км 195 м. В 1991 году за 23 дня пробежал 23 классических марафона подряд, в этом же году за 15 дней пробежал 30 классических марафонов (по два марафона в день) с результатом в среднем за марафон — 4 часа 00 минут 54 секунды.
Выступая на международных соревновании за сборную команду СССР, СНГ и Казахстана занимал, только призовые места.
Сок 1 луковицы в день! Да, это не пирожное, но если добавить сок лимона, мякоть помидора и немного растительного масла с солью — будет космически вкусно и — полный досвидос covid’у! А потому что фитонциды!
Лично для меня есть один огромный плюс во всей этой истории, друзья. Гигантское колесо офисного безумия, которое вращалось с бешеной скоростью, снося головы, души и тела круче любого вируса — наконец-то заскрипело и приостановилось. И скоро совсем остановится. Ну хоть на неделю! Прессинг постоянных дел/звонков/сообщений/обязательств тоже остановится! Это даст возможность сотням миллионов бегущих просто передохнуть.

Вершина Святой Горы. Солнце встает над Афоном — последним осколком Византии, монашеской республикой, земным уделом Пресвятой Богородицы.
Кажется, что колокольный звон созывает на молитву весь мир. Ни на минуту на Афоне не прекращается молитва уже больше тысячи лет.
В 2016 году исполняется ровно тысяча лет с тех пор, как первые выходцы из Руси появились на Святой Горе. В 1016 году игумен «монастыря россов» Герасим подписался под одним из святогорских документов вместе с игуменами других обителей Афона. Этот документ свидетельствует о том, что древнерусское монашество представлено на Святой Горе, по крайней мере, тысячу лет. На Афоне принял постриг первый монах Киевской Руси — преподобный Антоний, будущий основатель Киево-Печерской лавры. В год тысячелетнего юбилея древнерусского монашества на Афоне документалисты «Интера» побывали на святом полуострове, чтобы рассказать о тысячелетнем афонском духовном наследии нашего народа.
